Large Coastal Shark Quota Transfer in the Gulf of Mexico for 2019
NOAA Fisheries is transferring 5 metric tons (mt) dressed weight (dw) of blacktip, 50 mt dw of aggregated large coastal sharks (LCS), and 8 mt dw of hammerhead quota from the western Gulf of Mexico sub-region to the eastern Gulf of Mexico sub-region.
