Summary
NOAA Fisheries has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to Ocean Wind, LLC to incidentally harass, by Level B harassment only, marine mammals during marine site characterization surveys off of New Jersey in the area of Commercial Lease of Submerged Lands for Renewable Energy Development on the Outer Continental Shelf Lease Area OCS-A 0498 and potential export cable routes to landfall locations in New Jersey.
