Harmonized Tariff Codes for Seafood Import Monitoring Program

The Seafood Import Monitoring Program, or SIMP, establishes the reporting and recordkeeping requirements needed to prevent illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing and/or misrepresented seafood from entering U.S. commerce. As a part of SIMP, the documents below include updated harmonized tariff schedule codes.

These harmonized tariff schedule codes were updated in July 2021. Contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection for any questions on selecting codes.
