Final Environmental Impact Statement for American Fisheries Act Amendments to the Groundfish of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands, Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska, Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands King and Tanner Crab, and Scallop Fishery off Alaska.

The purpose of this Environmental Impact Statement is to provide decision makers and the public with an evaluation of the environmental and economic effects of the management program that would be implemented under proposed Amendments 61/61/13/8. It also provides an evaluation of the effects of alternative management programs to implement the American Fisheries Act. This Environmental Impact Statement is intended to serve as the central environmental document for management measures developed by NOAA Fisheries and the Council to implement the provisions of the American Fisheries Act.
