Environmental Assessment/Regulatory Impact Review/Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis for Regulatory Amendments Affecting Management of Halibut Fishing Under the Multispecies Community Development Quota Program

The final rule defines how halibut Community Development Quota fishing will be managed in 1999 and thereafter. It removes regulations governing groundfish and halibut CDQ fishing that expired on December 31, 1998. It also makes miscellaneous technical and editorial revisions to the Community Development Quota Program regulations.
