This Environmental Assessment addresses alternatives for meeting NOAA Fisheries guidelines drafted in response to the Magnuson-Stevens Act provisions for national standard 1.
Amendment 6 revises the current overfishing definitions for consistency with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
