Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Plans: Environmental Assessment

Amendments 18 and 23 allocate pollock and Pacific cod for processing by the inshore and offshore components of the industry and implement the Western Alaska Community Development Quota program. These amendments are due to expire on December 31, 1995. Amendments 38 and 40 will provide the authority to continue the programs that currently exist under Amendments 18 and 23. Amendments 38 and 40 also contain several minor revisions to the regulations for these two programs.
