Conservation Plan for the Northern Fur Seal, Callorhinus Ursinus (1993)

June 01, 1993

This conservation plan is intended to serve as a guide that delineates and schedules those actions believed necessary to restore the northern fur seal to pre-depleted levels of abundance.

The goal of this Conservation Plan will be met when the population of northern fur seals has increased to the level where it can be removed as depleted under Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) listings.
