Biennial Report to Congress on the Progress and Findings of Studies of Striped Bass Populations.
NOAA Fisheries submits biennial reports to Congress and to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission on the progress and findings of studies of Atlantic striped bass populations. These reports are required by the Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act and provide a summary of the status of striped bass stocks, fisheries, research, and management actions for the most recent two years for which complete data is available.
