An addendum to Fisheries Economics of the United States 2016 that includes updated recreational impacts and expenditures tables.

An earlier version of this addendum was published online in September 2019. This revised version includes updates to jobs and sales numbers for the Pacific Region and California.

This document provides updates to the recreational impacts and expenditures tables of the Fisheries Economics of the United States 2016 report. The revised tables reflect changes to:

  • The number of trips in Marine Recreational Information Program (MRIP) states and slight revisions to the trip estimates in other states.
  • Updates to the average trip expenditures based on new survey data.
  • A new economic impact model for every state.
