Since joining NOAA in 2010, Samir has led efforts to strategically execute the delivery & operations of technology services and multiple branches under Fisheries OCIO. He possesses over two decades of IT experience and has provided technical consulting to a diverse pool of clients from the federal/state government, Fortune 500 companies, and financial services start-ups. Samir holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
