Lou Chiarella

Lou Chiarella has been the Assistant Regional Administrator for Habitat and Ecosystem Services Division since 2012. He is responsible for the administration and implementation of the Essential Fish Habitat provisions of the Magnuson-Stevens Act, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, and the fish passage provisions of the Federal Power Act. Chiarella has been with GARFO since 1998 and has more than 25 years of experience in habitat conservation issues.
