Biological Opinion on Kodiak Transient Float Construction

Biological opinion on the effects of these proposed authorizations on endangered and threatened species and designated critical habitat. NMFS Consultation Number: AKR-2016-9596.
This biological opinion considers the effects of the Kodiak transient float replacement project on endangered and threatened species that may be present in the project action area. These species include the threatened Western Distinct Population Segment of Steller sea lion (Eumatopias jubatus), the threatened Mexican DPS of humpback whale (Megaptera novaeangliae), the endangered Western North Pacific DPS humpback whale (Megaptera novaeangliae), and the endangered fin whale (Balaenoptera physalus). This Opinion is based on information provided in the:
