Consultation on the effects of activities associated with the Kensington Gold Project on all threatened and endangered species under the authority of NOAA Fisheries in compliance with section 7(a)(2) of the ESA. The letters were attached to a Biological Assessment/Biological Evaluation on the Federal action submitted jointly to NOAA Fisheries by U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
