Jim Landon

Jim Landon holds a J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center. He also holds a certificate in International Law from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from GWU’s Elliott School of International Affairs, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy, and a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from the University of West Florida. He joined NOAA in 2012 as the Chief of the Enforcement Section in the Office of General Counsel. He was named the agency’s Office of Law Enforcement director in 2015.
