Fishery Policy Analyst
Cynthia is the policy lead for the Northeast skate complex, Atlantic bluefish, and spiny dogfish fishery management plans at the Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO). She is also the GARFO representative on the for the NEFMC Northeast Skate Complex Plan Development Team, and the MAFMC Atlantic Bluefish Fishery Management Action Team.
Cynthia has also worked as a contractor with the region's lobster management team, and as a fishery management specialist for several other New England and Mid-Atlantic fisheries including summer flounder, scup, black sea bass, monkfish, whiting, red crab, tilefish, and clams.
