NOAA Fisheries has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the Port of Alaska (POA) to incidentally harass, by Level B harassment and Level A harassment, marine mammals during pile driving associated with the relocation of the POA’s South Floating Dock within Knik Arm, in upper Cook Inlet, Alaska.
